The 3 Behaviors of Highly Successful Financial Advisors
1st Behavior: Creating and Maintaining a High-performance Mindset
You can’t maintain something before you have it. First you have to create it. Here’s how we’ll do it:
- Get clear on your goals
- Identify the specific unproductive habits that are keeping you from those outcomes
- Dissolve those self-sabotaging habits using my Unstoppable Success Process
- Install new productive habits to take you to your goals more easily and efficiently
- Create a customised Daily Mindset Practice to maintain your high-performance mindset so you work at your best every day
2nd Behavior: Doing Consistent Outreach
First, you need a clear marketing message to take to your audience so they put up their hand to talk to you.
Then, we find the right ways for you to do outreach to get new leads and clients, and typically I use a low-cost outreach marketing strategy which gives consistent results.
If and when there are mindblocks that throw up resistance to marketing your services, we work through them to ensure you don’t waste valuable time procrastinating ,and continue to make steady progress.
3rd Behavior: Confident Sales Conversations
We identify any underlying negative beliefs that keep you from confidently selling your services.
We implement specific practices to make you feel comfortable selling to high-wealth prospects so they want to hire you.
My Background
I started my first business back in 2005, in personal shopping, which quickly grew into a 6-figure business.
When I worked on my mindset, my business dramatically grew and I started working with clients like Goldman Sachs and Sky.
I realised that, in order to have sustained and growing financial success, independent Financial Advisors need to focus on 3 Key Behaviors:
Mindset – do you have the correct thinking required to achieve your goals?
Marketing – are you implementing a consistent low-cost outreach strategy to create a pipeline of qualified prospects?
Sales – is your conversion rate enabling you to sign up enough ideal clients?
When all 3 Behaviors work in synergy, the results can be dramatic.
That’s why I set up my coaching business… to help independent FAs to focus on the stuff that matters so they can grow their profit by working smarter, not harder. This frees them up to spend more with family and friends.
